I am a principal of Seaport Realty Group on East Broadway in the heart of South Boston. I am a graduate of Aquinas in Milton, and currently reside there with my three children, Thomas 19, Tyler 15, and Tara 14. I have been listing and selling real estate primarily in South Boston for 10 years, and prior to that, worked in real estate law for 15 years in downtown Boston. I opened Seaport Realty Group 4 ½ years ago with the most talented, loyal, intelligent, experienced South Boston brokers at my side. The purpose of opening Seaport Realty Group was to bring all of the most successful brokers in South Boston under one roof to create an environment where first time homebuyers, developers, brokers and sales agents would feel comfortable in an easy atmosphere to find the best home for the most affordable price. As a principal of Seaport Realty Group, I have been a part of the South Boston landscape since 1984 when I started working for Spinney and Kelley on East Broadway. In 1999 I received a BA from Northeastern University. I worked for the Gillette Company for 14 years and then decided to pursue a full time career in real estate. I have been involved in the South Boston community as a resident and business owner most of my life. I pride myself on honesty and ethics, both as an owner and as a person. Jordan has lived in South Boston for seven years after graduating with a degree in International Finance from American University in Washington, DC. In 2004, after being in real estate for over twenty years, I joined the Seaport Realty Group team. Working primarily on the South Shore in the early years, I enjoy working in the South Boston market. I particularly enjoy assisting first-time buyers in finding their ideal home and helping current residents, who are ready to move to the suburbs, find the home that fits perfectly into their lifestyle. A graduate of Aquinas College, I have an extensive business and legal background and look forward to helping Seaport Realty Group clients, in all aspects of the real estate transaction, reach the American dream of becoming a homeowner. George is a graduate of Boston Latin School and the University of Massachusetts with a B.A. in Sociology. After graduating from Clemson University in 2005, I quickly started my career in kitchen design on Martha’s Vineyard for two years. I then put that knowledge into action with construction for about 1 year in Falmouth, meanwhile acquiring my real estate license. Soon I felt the tug of four brothers and sisters pulling me to South Boston where they all reside. In no time at all I was referring to “Southie” as home. While looking for a great real estate company to call home, I was quickly ordered by four older siblings to try Seaport Realty Group, which had already sold my family three homes. I quickly realized these are the most knowledgeable, helpful, caring, and fun people around. Having recently purchased a home of my own, I realize how overwhelming, confusing, and scary purchasing your first home can be. I grew up just outside of Dublin, Ireland & I finally made my move to the U.S in 2000. I have 2 brothers in Boston and this obviously helped me in my decision to settle in South Boston. I won a scholarship to Johnson & Wales in Providence, R.I. and continued my studies in culinary arts in 1998. I returned to Ireland until December of 2000 and at that stage I was ready to make my move to Boston. Now, a few years later I find myself approaching my third year with Seaport Realty Group. Even if I had all the time in the world I couldn’t find a nicer or more professional office to work for. I can’t say enough about the people I work with.

After graduating from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 1999 and working in marketing for one of Boston’s premier investment firms, I purchased my first home in South Boston in June 2004 and quickly realized that helping homebuyers find the right fit would be a great match for my personality, skills and marketing and sales background. I quickly obtained my real estate license in July 2004. Since then I have had the pleasure of working with buyers and sellers to meet their goals. I joined Seaport Realty Group in August of 2005 and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Having made South Boston my home for the past seven years, in November 2004 I married a Southie native- Brendan Flynn. We anxiously await the arrival of our first child in March 2007.

I joined Seaport Realty Group after a three year association with another South Boston Real Estate Company. Having moved to South Boston from Scituate, Mass seven years ago I thoroughly enjoy all the City life has to offer. My Real Estate career encompasses twenty plus years in Real Estate Sales primarily on the South Shore and now South Boston. More recent experience includes working as a Real Estate Pararlegal for a law firm in Needham and Asset Manager for a portfolio of foreclosures nationwide. I also have an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene...quite the career change! I pride myself on honesty and integrity. Communication and experience is key in this business.
My daughter, Jill, recently purchased her first condo here in South Boston. She works for State Street Bank and has just graduated from the MBA program at Bentley College in Waltham.
I am a licensed Realtor and a member of the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, MLS, LINK and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). Most recently I received my Loss Mitigation Certificate (LMC)from the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. This was developed to educate Realtors on all issues surrounding foreclosure, short sales, bank owned properties and auctions.

I have held my Real Estate license and worked in South Boston for six years. I worked as an office manager for three of these years. I have a thorough perspective of the market and have helped many buyers and sellers during this time. I am honored and proud to have worked in the past as an apprentice to my father-in-law Bill Kiley. I am the wife of his youngest son David Kiley, who is a Sergeant for the Boston Police Department. We purchased our own 2 family here in South Boston back in 2006.
I volunteer my time in the community as the coordinator for South Boston’s Pop Warner Cheerleading. I have met and made many friends while contributing to the happiness of our youth. However, I would say my greatest achievement has been earning my Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and teaching first grade in Quincy. I think my skills and personable demeanor contribute to the success of Seaport Realty Group. This company is honorable and most importantly dependable.
