I am a principal of Seaport Realty Group on East Broadway in the heart of South Boston. I am a graduate of Aquinas in Milton, and currently reside there with my three children, Thomas 19, Tyler 15, and Tara 14. I have been listing and selling real estate primarily in South Boston for 10 years, and prior to that, worked in real estate law for 15 years in downtown Boston. I opened Seaport Realty Group 4 ½ years ago with the most talented, loyal, intelligent, experienced South Boston brokers at my side. The purpose of opening Seaport Realty Group was to bring all of the most successful brokers in South Boston under one roof to create an environment where first time homebuyers, developers, brokers and sales agents would feel comfortable in an easy atmosphere to find the best home for the most affordable price. In 1999 I received a BA from Northeastern University. I worked for the Gillette Company for 14 years and then decided to pursue a full time career in real estate. In 2004, after being in real estate for over twenty years, I joined the Seaport Realty Group team. Working primarily on the South Shore in the early years, I enjoy working in the South Boston market. I grew up just outside of Dublin, Ireland & I finally made my move to the U.S in 2000. I have 2 brothers in Boston and this obviously helped me in my decision to settle in South Boston. I won a scholarship to Johnson & Wales in Providence, R.I. and continued my studies in culinary arts in 1998. I returned to Ireland until December of 2000 and at that stage I was ready to make my move to Boston. Now, a few years later I find myself approaching my third year with Seaport Realty Group. After graduating from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 1999 and working in marketing for one of Boston’s premier investment firms, I purchased my first home in South Boston in June 2004 and quickly realized that helping homebuyers find the right fit would be a great match for my personality, skills and marketing and sales background. I quickly obtained my real estate license in July 2004. Since then I have had the pleasure of working with buyers and sellers to meet their goals. I joined Seaport Realty Group in August of 2005 and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Graduating in 1990 from Southern New Hamphire University, I moved to Boston with a degree in hotel restaurant management. In 1998 I obtained my real estate license. I was able to build my business quickly and successfully after years of working in the service industry. I have recently joined Seaport Realty Group after a three year association with another South Boston Real Estate Company. I moved to South Boston from Scituate Mass six years ago and thoroughly enjoy all the City life has to offer. My Real Estate career encompasses twenty years in Real Estate Sales primarily on the South Shore and now South Boston. More recent experience includes working as a Real Estate Pararlegal for a law firm in Needham and Asset Manager for a portfolio of foreclosures nationwide. My career includes all spectrums of the industry! I also have an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene…quite the career change! I pride myself on honesty and integrity.
