About Tara Dynan

Tara began her Real Estate career in 2015 following her graduation from Emmanuel College where she studied business management and marketing. Her passion for Real Estate began as a child, being a second generation Realtor; she always knew there was a strong desire to help people buy and sell homes. As part of the Dynan Team, Tara and her mother Elizabeth are the “dynamic duo” combining years as a highly experienced Broker with unmatched negotiating skills and innovative new strategies for the next generation of Buyers and Sellers.
She has an extremely high level of customer service skills that go above and beyond for her clients no matter how big or small the transaction. Tara’s clients often describe her as enthusiastic, detail-oriented, proactive and a great communicator. It is really important to her that she is a trusted advocate for her clients and at the end of the day she becomes trusted friend. One aspect of the job that she loves is educating Buyers and Sellers in the ever changing market.
Tara is especially passionate about selling homes in her hometown, Milton where she lives, and grew up in. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, interior design and enjoying as much time as possible her time with her family and friends.
